How can I track my order ?
All orders will be sent out with a confirmation upon receipt of order and once the package is prepared and ready a tracking number will be automatically sent out to the e-mail provided for the order you place. We use UPS and USPS as our shipping companies and you will be notified of which one is used for your shipment.
When will I receive my order ?
Orders are shipped out every week on Mondays, Wednesday, and Thursday. Orders placed after 3pm on Monday will be sent out with Wednesday shipment. Orders processed before 3pm on Mondays will be shipped out same day. Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped out on the following Monday.
Orders are typically ground shipping and take approximately 3-5 business days. You can track the status and where your order is by checking your e-mail for the tracking number and the shipping company provided for your order.
What is the difference between the online store and retail location ?
The cost of the products online already contain the cost of shipping, handling, and packaging. Prices in store may differ from prices online due to the fact that products are shipped by the weight of each item. Additional shipping costs may apply if you are not selecting an option for standard shipping additional shipping costs may apply to your order.
What are the restrictions on shipping ? Are you able to ship international ?
As of this moment we are not able to ship items in 5 gallon buckets due to the costly price of shipping for each item. We are working on getting better pricing in order to ship you more but for less!
Can I order online and pick up in store ?
Yes! We are glad to offer at zero charge we have a Pick up option for loca customers in the area. If for some reason it is not local we will refund the order and advise you to input a shipping address so the order can be delivered via UPS.
